Regarding reservations and accommodation
- Is there a cancellation fee?
From your application The following fees will be incurred 7 to 14 days prior to your arrival day 40%, 3 to 6 days prior to your arrival day 60%, 2 days prior to your arrival day 80%. Day before or day of stay 100% No show with no contact 100%.
- What if I arrive late or expect to arrive later than the estimated time?
If your arrival will be after 5pm, please be sure to contact us in advance.
- Can I send luggage in advance of my stay?
We can receive parcels and store your luggage. Please clearly indicate the check-in date and guest name on the luggage slip. Please specify your luggage to be delivered on the day before checking in. Please take care, as depending on the amount of luggage, we may not be able to accept it.
Please take care as we cannot accept valuables, cash on delivery, or items that cannot be stored at room temperature, or items that cannot have their reservation confirmed.
- Can you keep my luggage before / after check-in?
Luggage can be checked in from 9am on the morning of your check-in day. However, we are unable to keep valuables or items that cannot be stored at room temperature, or in some cases we may not be able to meet your request, so please contact us in advance to discuss. Sorry, but luggage cannot be stored after check-out.
- Is it possible to send parcels by courier from the hotel?
Yes, this is available at the front desk. The shipping address is limited to Japan. Packages can be sent as long as the total length of the three sides does not exceed 200cm, and the total weight does not exceed 30kg.
- Can I send my golf bag from the hotel?
Yes. There is a dedicated cover at the hotel for your use. (fees apply)
- Can you cater for food allergies?
We will cater for food allergies as much as possible. Please contact us at least two days prior to your stay.
- What happens when there is a typhoon?
Depending on the typhoon conditions, there are occasions when we are required to stop our services. In the case of an approaching typhoon, please check the typhoon information carefully.
- Is there a dress code?
When visiting the restaurant, casual resort wear is appropriate, but please avoid tank tops, swimwear, sportswear, and sandals including beach sandals.
- Am I able to take footage with a drone?
Our apologies but to protect the privacy of all of our guests, equipment that records aerial footage (such as drones) is prohibited.
About the facilities
- Is there a convenience store nearby?
The closest convenience store (Family Mart Nakayasumi store) is about 20 minutes by car.
- Is smoking allowed?
Inside guest villas and the reception building are all non-smoking areas (including electronic cigarettes).
Smokers are able to smoke on the terrace outside of each villa.
- Are pets allowed to stay?
With the exception of service dogs or guide dogs, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
- Can I use Wi-Fi?
There is Wi-Fi inside the hotel for your use (free of charge). Please be aware that as this is a remote island, there are times when the connection is not strong.
- Is there a parking lot?
There is one parking space per villa.
- Can I use the restaurant only?
We are very sorry but the restaurant is exclusive to staying guests.
- Do you have medication for fever or headache available at the hotel?
In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, we are not able to provide medical products. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask that you please prepare in advance of your visit, or make a purchase at a pharmacy in Miyakojima City.
- Is there a swimming beach nearby?
About a 3-minute drive from our hotel is Boragawa Beach. We will help you as much as we can with your leisure and activity plans, so please discuss your requests with us.
